The AudioControl AC-LGD-20 is a load-generating device designed to maintain proper signal output from factory audio systems when upgrading speakers, amplifiers, or adding a line output converter. Many modern OEM audio systems monitor speaker load and may reduce or mute audio signals when factory speakers are disconnected. The AC-LGD-20 simulates the proper speaker load, ensuring consistent audio performance and preventing factory radio or amplifier issues during aftermarket upgrades.
