Universal USB Port with Hinged Cover
The PMX-USBP is a universal port for SXS and Marine applications that extend the USB input on Rockford Fosgate source units. It features a hinged cover to protect against water and dust intrusion. The USB input port can be used to charge your mobile device, play audio from your mobile device or USB jump drive, and update firmware on your source unit (functionality based upon supported features of source unit.)
The PMX-USBP connects to any Rockford Fosgate PMX source unit equipped with a USB input jack and is Element Ready™ for protection against environmental contaminants. The stainless steel USB connections at both ends ensures it remains corrosion free, and the spring-loaded door is IP67 certified to keep access to the port water-tight and dust proof. Installation simply requires a 7/8” hole, and includes a durable plastic nut with Posi-Lock design to mount to any surface up to 1-1/4” thick
